Event Content

Learning activities include mind games and outdoor activities. A guided facilitation process is used to induce specific, predetermined

outcomes within a flexible and dynamic framework. To ensure learning is relevant and applicable in the workplace,

facilitators will make use of critical reflection and guided dialogue sessions.
